Electronic Signature Enrollment

You may enroll in the electronic signature to sign documents that previously required handwritten signatures.

To enroll in electronic signature, do the following:

  1. Navigate to your Account Management Portal at
  2. Sign in using your ULID and Password and click Log In.
  3. Click Change Electronic Signature underneath Electronic Signature Policy.
  4. Click I Consent at the bottom of the consent form. 
  5. Type your name or initials in the text box labeled Initials.
  6. Click Continue.

You are now enrolled in the electronic signature policy.
