Annual Ethics, Mandatory Reporting, and New Employee Training
Last modified 11/14/2024
The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (5 ILCS 430/5-10) requires state employees to complete, at least annually, an ethics training course conducted by their state agency. It also requires that a new employee complete ethics training within 30 days of the start of their employment. The University’s Ethics Training program allows you to meet this obligation to comply with those requirements.
Employees are also similarly required to complete Discrimination and Harassment training, Crime and Incident Reporting training, and DCFS training (frequency of required DCFS training determined by your role with the University)
