Request access to RightFax

To use RightFax at Illinois State University, you must first be granted access. Access to RightFax is for Faculty and Staff use only and the request will require fiscal approval.
Before You Begin
RightFax is the fax solution used at Illinois State University. Using RightFax, you can send and receive faxes using a desktop client or a web browser.
Before you can use RightFax, you must first be granted access. This article describes the process for requesting access to RightFax.
Request Access to RightFax
To request access to RightFax, do the following:
- Go to help.illinoisstate.edu/get-it-help and click Submit Detailed Request.
- Login with your ULID and Password
- Click the Phones and Networking tab.
- Click Request a Non-Standard Phone Service below the tab you just clicked.
- Complete the form with the appropriate responses.
- When you are finished, click Save to submit the request.
- Your request will be processed and you will receive a response through your Illinois State Email address.
