When university members log into Jabber, they will be presented with a pop-up containing an informational 911 usage warning (Figure 1). You will need to read the warning and acknowledge by clicking OK in order to be able to use Jabber. If you do not click OK, Jabber will not be able to connect to the network and will remain non-functional.
