TimelyCare is an online teletherapy resource available around the clock (24/7) to all students at Illinois State University. Students who login to TimelyCare can speak with someone immediately using the Talk Now button, or they may schedule an appointment.

Illinois State University has made TimelyCare available to students via a Learning Tool Integration (LTI) with the university Canvas environment.

Note: Only students have access to TimelyCare. If faculty/staff (unless they are also a student) attempt to log in to TimelyCare, they will receive an error message.

Access TimelyCare in Canvas

TimelyCare may be found on the course navigation bar in ISU Canvas courses (Figure 1). This feature is enabled by default. If you don't see this option in your course, your instructor may have disabled the feature in Canvas course navigation settings.

Students who click on the TimelyCare option will be prompted to log in with their ISU email address and password.
