Illinois State University students, faculty, and staff who have received a SHIELD COVID-19 test at one of the testing sites located on campus can find the results of that test in the Patient Health Portal.
An email message will be sent to your ISU email account notifying you when your results are available. The email message will not include the details of your results; you must log in to the Patient Health Portal to view them.
To find the results of your COVID-19 test, do the following:
Click the CentralLogin button and log in with your ULID and password.
Click View My Lab Results.
Your COVID-19 test results are displayed in the Result column.
- Please note that the Reference column will always say, “NEGATIVE,” because that is the most desired lab test result you could receive.
- For more information on your test result, including recommended actions you should take, click View Report.
