Note: Be sure to have your pop-up blocker turned off in order to attend the Zoom meeting. For more information on how to turn off your pop-up blockers please refer to the corresponding browser article linked at the bottom of this article.
To attend a Zoom meeting or lecture in ReggieNet, do the following:
- Go to ReggieNet and login with your ULID and Password.
- Select the Zoom tab in the left sidebar menu (Image 1)
In this tab you will see upcoming and current meetings and you can click to see previous meetings as well.
- Select the [Join] button for the meeting you wish to attend. (Image 2)
If you arrive early to your meeting or lecture time you will see a pop-up box that lets you know to wait for the host to start the meeting. (Image 3)
If you have Zoom downloaded on your computer, the meeting will open there. If you do not have Zoom downloaded, you can choose to download the program or join from your browser if you are unable to download the program.
- Once Zoom is open you will be asked to join with your computer audio. Remember to run the test on your microphone and audio so you are able to hear the lecture and participate. Attending the Zoom Meeting in your Browser
To attend the Zoom meeting in your browser you will need to select the link [join from your browser]. (Image 4)
