If a user is on campus, or connected to the Illinois State University network, and they click the paycheck details but nothing happens, they need to turn off the pop-up blocker for the browser window. See “Viewing your Paycheck in iPeople” section below.
If a user is off campus, or using another network, and logged into iPeople and trying to view their paycheck, they will receive an error message regarding access while off campus is denied.
Effective March 31, 2017, to help protect employees, Illinois State University has restricted access to payroll-related employee self-service functionality to the University network. Users who are off campus and not on the network will not be able to view paychecks, and check W-2 and W-4 forms without first establishing a connection to our University network.
Please use “Cisco AnyConnect” to download or view paychecks, W-2, or W-4 forms.

Clicking the paycheck area launches a pop-up window. Your browser may block this pop-up window, which prevents you from seeing the paycheck details.
